Safety Advice for Children
As the pin badges are made with the safety pin backing and the mirrors are made from glass, we advise that young children and vulnerable adults should not be left unsupervised with the items. They are not toys. We do give the option of a plastic slide clip for the badges if requested. The party invites and VIP passes come with a neck lanyard, again please be aware of the possible issues with these.

Refund or Replacements

If the goods delivered are not what the customer ordered, or are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective, Bongo Badges will, if the customer notifies us within a reasonable period, at the customer’s option either give a full refund or, where possible, make good any shortage or non-delivery or replace any damaged or defective goods.
