The stars are made from a 3mm acrylic in either mirror or transparent, or 6mm MDF painted white, which will be cut to the shape using a laser and then the wording will be laser engraved.
 
The name will be engraved with a short message of your choice if you choose the MDF option,
The mirror and transparency options can be printed with the poem shown below, adding the name required at the top:
